Wait, they don't love you like I love you.

I'm a big fan of wearing enormous chunky rings all stacked together on my fingers. As matter of fact, rings are my favorite accessories. They immediately give any outfit a whole different feeling and a personal touch. Which is your all time favorite accessory?

sideRACK.

Look at that gorgeous jewelry I recently found! Some days ago someone pointed me towards an on-line fashion store called sideRACK, and they had tons of cool stuff including those beauties. Also, I found it cool that the site supports new talents, so all of the pieces they sell are pretty unique :) They even had, between the designers they support, a Mexican designer called Rolando Santana and that made me super proud, because he has really beautiful pieces, and it's always good to see someone from my country making it internationally. I just loved this dresses from him:

The white one sort of makes me think of Audrey Hepburn, because of the crispy white and the clean silhouette. And as if selling pieces from fresh new names wasn't enough, they have a vintage section too! And that's were I found this cool leopard print body-con skirt...

It made me sob that it wasn't on my size LOL. Another good thing I noticed about sideRACK, and it was something I've never seen in any other site, was that they had the option of renting some of their pieces, and I sincerely thought that was brilliant! I mean, it's cheaper than buying and once you get tired of that clothing, instead of it ending at the back of your closet, you just send it back. And you don't even have to pay the dry cleaning, they do that when they get the piece back :) So, all of you cool gals should really go and check out this site. In my opinion it gets two thumbs up.

Inside her room she paints me blue.

It's been more than a week since last time I updated, I'm so sorry. I'm not making any excuses, but last Monday I went back to school and you know how that can be. Anyways I wanted to thank everyone that commented on my last post. I've never had that much comments and it made me very happy LOL also everyone were so sweet! Now I'm definitely going to pull out my old hot pink extensions again while I save up money for new light pink ones. On another matter, that's my take on the denim-on-denim trend. Isn't it funny how just last year wearing jeans with a denim jacket was considered tacky and now it's trendy?

Also, there's something I want to share with you...

Isn't that cute? I recently discovered there's a hummingbird's nest on the tree that's in my backyard. There are two little baby hummingbirds, behind the head of one you can see the beak of the other. I wish I could have got closer to the nest to take a photo were you could see both babies, but I didn't want to scare them anymore with my big a*s camera haha. Last year there was a nest but on the tree that's in the porch. I wonder if that could be considered of good luck or something.

Let's behave like we're tripping simply 'cause we're so in love.

I WANT ALL OF THAT!

I just discovered this brand and liked it a lot. They have super cool pieces, but I liked it specially because of their Obey Awareness campaigns. They have three: Haiti, Adopt-A-Pet and Hope Campaign. Every time you purchase a cute item from this brand you support this three causes. Isn't that neat?

I belong to the blank generation.

Lately I've been drawing a lot of inspiration from the Coachella Festival pictures I've seen around. People there seemed to be dressed for comfort, but still kept their style, which I don't know how to call. Trendy/Artsy/Rocker/Indie/Hippie-ish? Dunno, but it's great. It's also the kind of style you can find in the WildFox Couture lookbooks, that I've been looking at a lot as well. Back to Coachella, I think that festival is sort of the new Woodstock, it has the same feeling to me, but whatever, I just want to share my favorite Coachella photos with you.

'Cause we're the queens of noise.

I can't wait for The Runaways movie to finally get here, not just because I'm a fan of Joan Jett, but also because I sense that's it's going to be a style inspiration, big time. Specially the styling for Dakota Fanning (who plays Cherie Currie, another swell rock and roll lady). Have you seen it? It's AMAZING. But please allow me to stop babbling and show you some photos, that at least for me, were extremely inspirational. I'm even seriously considering to go back to the heavy black eyeliner, but dunno, it was too high maintenance, because if I didn't fixed it several times during the day it would smear all over my face, and then I would look as if I were drunk or on something. Any ways, I'll shut up now.

Jesus Christ, that's a pretty face.

Element Summer Collection 2010 (images from Element)

Everything is so beautiful, I want it all! I'm craving for a romper and Element has one that's absolutely perfect, it has a beautiful design yet it seems to be really comfortable to wear. Every piece of the whole collection seems comfortable. I also want a pair of those tough 90's-ish looking boots, but over here the ones that I've managed to find are for men. Maybe I'll buy them despite of that, it wouldn't be the first time I buy men clothing/shoes for myself anyway, and those boots are kind of unisex.
